Wainhomes planning application for 90 houses on land east of Tregony Road, Probus: details of the planning obligations, conditions and relevant plans

As a result of the appeal by Wainhomes against Cornwall Council's decision to refuse planning permission for the development in Probus, planning permission has now been granted by the government appointed planning inspector. The permission is subject to several planning obligations and planning conditions, and the proposal must be carried out in accordance with the agreed plans.

Please note that, as with any development of this scale, it is likely that Wainhomes will submit amendments to the plans as the site is being developed. I will aim to keep this table updated as and when any amendments are made.
