Wainhomes appeal on hold because of flaws in process

In July 2014, Wainhomes lodged an appeal against the refusal of its planning application for 90 houses in Probus. See Wainhomes appeal.

It now transpires that there is a flaw in the Wainhomes appeal and the process has been put on hold until the company submits more documentation to the planning inspectorate. See Wainhomes appeal on hold letter

My apologies to any local residents who followed my earlier advice to submit comments in respect of the appeal. We now have to await further information from the planning inspectorate to see if we may need to resumit comments again if and when Wainhomes make a valid appeal.
