Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Health and Social Care Plan 2016-2021, public consultation

Cornwall Council has been working with health partners to develop a new five-year plan to improve health, wellbeing and the quality of health care services across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Outline proposals have been published which set out how this will be delivered and this proposal is now out for public consultation.

A series of community events will be held across Cornwall in January 2017 and individuals can respond to the survey in writing or online. The Truro consultation will be on Wednesday 18 January at Truro Health and Wellbeing Centre from 3 p.m. until 4.30 p.m. See map below. It is open to all.
