Grampound with Creed Carnival

Grampound with Creed Carnival will be held again this year on its usual day of the first Saturday in September, i.e. 6 September.

The main street in Grampound will be closed to all traffic whilst the procession takes place. See details on Grampound Carnival road closure. The road will be closed at 6 p.m. for approximately 20 minutes whilst the procession travels up Fore Street. Then the closure will be lifted to allow queueing traffic to dissipate. When cleared, the road will be closed again for the procession to return down Fore Street. The closures will be completed by about 7.20 p.m.

Any motorists using the A390 at this time are asked to be patient. You are very welcome to get out of your cars and to enjoy watching the procession. Thank you for your cooperation.
