Dog owner fined for failing to pick up dog mess

At Truro Magistrates Court on Wednesday 13 January 2016, Perranporth resident Mr Kevin Watch (68) of Hendrawna Lane, Bolingey, was ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £1,880 for failing to clear up after a dog in his control had fouled at Gear Sands, Perranporth. This incident shows that, where the evidence is available, the Council will take action against dog owners who cause problems with dog fouling.
