A390 resurfacing to take place on Fore Street, Grampound, and on the main road out of the village towards New Stables Residents of Grampound, and motorists who pass through the village, will know that the surface of the main road, Fore Street, has had a battering from the heavy traffic volumes over the years and is in need of resurfacing. Work is scheduled to take place on this length of road from just outside the village east of Bosillion Lane through to the end of the 30 limit west of Old Hill in the week commencing 25 September. There will be some overnight road closures in order to facilitate the work. In addition, the surface of the A390 coming out of the village towards Probus, up the hill to New Stables has deteriorated over the past few years and is very rough. This section of road will be resurfaced in the week commencing 2 October. Again, there will be some overnight road closures to facilitate the work.
